Welcome Luciane Tragante to CBPR: A Journey of Passion and Persistence

Luciane Tragante

We are thrilled to welcome Luciane Tragante, or "LuLu" as she’s fondly known, to the Coldwell Banker Premier Realty (CBPR) family. Since joining us in April 2024, Luciane has already made waves, showcasing the passion and drive that have defined her real estate journey. With over five years of experience in the industry, she brings a unique perspective and deep determination to succeed, which has already started yielding impressive results. 


Originally from Curitiba, South Brazil, Luciane’s path to real estate was anything but conventional. A graduate with a degree in Piano and Teaching Music, Luciane relocated to the U.S. in 2000, where she soon adapted to the pace and opportunities of American life. Her career began in timeshare sales, a role that allowed her to develop strong communication skills and foster her natural ability to connect with people. For Luciane, helping people realize their dreams—whether it’s buying a home or making a solid investment—is both a passion and a privilege. 


After several years with other brokerages like Winning Realty and eXp Realty, Luciane’s business hit a plateau. But David Squier, CBPR’s Centennial Hills Branch Manager, saw her potential and maintained professional ties, always checking in on her career. David’s ethics and professionalism were major factors in Luciane’s decision to join CBPR, where she has found a new sense of energy and focus. 


Thriving at CBPR: A Fresh Start 

Since making the switch to Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, Luciane’s business has taken off. In just five months, she has closed several deals and currently has four more in escrow. This rapid success can be attributed to the resources and support that CBPR offers. The daily coaching, access to the cutting-edge CRM system, and personalized training, like TNL and the Early Birds sessions, have helped Luciane regain control of her business. 


No longer waiting for opportunities to come her way, she has become the driving force behind her success, actively reaching out to her sphere of influence and leveraging CBPR’s marketing tools to stay top-of-mind with potential clients. 


Luciane credits her rapid turnaround to CBPR’s dynamic sessions, particularly "Early Birds" and "TNL" coaching, which deliver consistent and actionable insights tailored to real estate agents' needs. These sessions aren’t just lectures; they focus on equipping agents with strategies for time management, effective follow-ups, and market adaptability. Luciane found the "goal-setting discussions" especially impactful, giving her a structured approach to tackling her pipeline and maintaining momentum, a challenge she had struggled with before joining CBPR.


Additionally, Luciane emphasizes the benefit of CBPR’s collaborative environment, where agents frequently share best practices and practical tips to overcome common challenges. She recounts a session where agents exchanged ideas on engaging more effectively with clients and positioning themselves as industry experts—a conversation that helped her reframe her client outreach and build stronger connections. The CBPR community, she says, embodies a "give-and-take" culture, one that values everyone’s growth and openly supports each agent’s journey to success.


A Supportive Community: People Matter 

What sets CBPR apart, according to Luciane, is the community of people who truly support one another. She was able to secure a listing early on with the help of fellow agent Stacy Peppley. She recalls sharing stories of Molly’s recent award with a client during a listing presentation, underscoring the incredible leadership and teamwork that define CBPR’s culture. 


Luciane is particularly grateful for the mentorship she has received, which has allowed her to stay focused and motivated. She no longer feels the need to compare herself to other agents but instead celebrates her progress. "I’ve found my home at CBPR," Luciane says, adding that she feels supported both professionally and personally. 


A Dream Realized: From Brazil to Las Vegas 

Luciane’s story is one of perseverance and vision. As a child in Brazil, she dreamed of owning her own home—which wasn’t easy to achieve. Her move to the U.S. made that dream possible, and today, Luciane is committed to helping others achieve the American dream of homeownership. Whether she’s working with sellers to prepare their homes for a competitive market or helping buyers find their dream property, Luciane approaches every transaction with passion, integrity, and a deep commitment to her clients.
